We are a long-established, family-owned and operated independent repair shop looking for a dependable, skilled technician who can step into a professional shop environment and confidently perform repairs and diagnostics.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL OR APPRENTICE POSITION.
We are specifically looking for someone with verifiable professional automotive repair shop experience. Personal, side-work, backyard, or hobby mechanic experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position. Please be honest and accurate about your experience and abilities when applying. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous professional automotive repair shop experience is required Strong mechanical repair skills Automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience is required Must be able to confidently diagnose problems, not simply replace parts Must be comfortable working independently on cars, SUVs, and light-duty trucks Must have your own professional tools Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check ASE certifications are preferred, but not required Must take pride in performing quality work and doing the job correctly Must maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Must participate in general shop upkeep, including taking out trash, cleaning work areas, and helping keep the overall shop clean and organized We are a small, family-owned shop where everyone pitches in. Keeping your workspace and the shop clean is part of the job, and no one is above helping with day-to-day shop upkeep.
HOURS & SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
NO WEEKENDS, EVER.
Most major holidays off. PAY Competitive pay, negotiable based on actual experience and skill level. The more experience, diagnostic ability, and overall skill you bring to the position, the more we are willing to discuss compensation accordingly.
