Experienced Pool Equipment Repair Technician - Company Truck, Benefits, Monday-Friday

Job Overview B.M.Wemple Pools is looking for an experienced Pool Equipment Repair Technician to join our growing Central Florida service team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with competitive pay based on experience, a company truck for field work, health insurance, 401(k), Monday-Friday schedule, bonus opportunities, and room to move up into management. B.M.Wemple Pools has proudly served Central Florida since 1987. As the service and repair sister company to Atlas Pools, we support customers long after the pool is built through equipment repairs, automation support, warranty service, weekly maintenance, and customer education. Our goal is to take care of customers before, during, and after the sale. This position is for someone who understands pool equipment, communicates professionally with customers, and wants a long-term home with an established company. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential pool equipment. Replace motors, pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, valves, and automation components. Repair equipment pad plumbing, pool valves, leaks, and related service issues. Troubleshoot pool automation systems and equipment communication issues. Work with Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, heaters, salt systems, pumps, filters, valves, and related equipment. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during service visits. Assist customers during pool schools and equipment walkthroughs. Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or weekly maintenance service when appropriate.
