You'll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial pools while providing exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
Clean, vacuum, brush, skim, and maintain swimming pools and spas Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, and more) Inspect pool equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, motors, plumbing, and automation systems Identify leaks and mechanical issues before they become major problems Communicate professionally with customers regarding service updates and recommendations Maintain accurate service records using our mobile software Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked Deliver reliable, professional service that exceeds customer expectations What We're Looking For Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's heat and weather Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Ability to work independently while managing a daily service route Preferred (Not Required) Pool service or pool repair experience Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, irrigation, pressure washing, pest control, maintenance, or another skilled trade Salaried position 55k & UP ! Depending on experience Knowledge of pool water chemistry CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience Don't meet every qualification? Apply anyway!
