Taverna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is growing, and we're creating a brand-new position to oversee and manage our service loaner vehicle operation. We're looking for an experienced, highly organized Service Loaner Fleet Manager who can keep a fleet moving efficiently, coordinate closely with our Service Department, and help build strong processes as the department grows. What You'll Be Doing Manage and coordinate the dealership's fleet of service loaner vehicles Track vehicle availability, check-outs, returns, extensions, and upcoming needs Coordinate loaner vehicles with service appointments and repair timelines Communicate with customers regarding availability, returns, and scheduling changes Work closely with Service Advisors and Service Management to keep vehicles and schedules organized Maintain accurate records and vehicle status information Identify scheduling conflicts or fleet issues and resolve them quickly Develop efficient processes for a growing loaner operation Eventually hire, train, and manage a team supporting the department Previous experience managing or coordinating a fleet of vehicles is strongly preferred. Experience may come from an automotive dealership, rental car operation, fleet management company, transportation/logistics environment, or a similar role. We're looking for someone who is organized, efficient, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces at once.
