Full-time / Part-time Job Summary Tovar Marketing Solutions Inc. is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Key Technician to operate our retail kiosk locations across South Florida. While this posting is based in Pembroke Pines, we also have immediate kiosk openings in Miami and nearby areas. We proudly represent authorized Car Keys Express services. In this role, you will work independently at our outdoor retail kiosks (located at Costco), assisting customers with on-the-spot automotive key cutting, key fob programming, and replacement services. No prior automotive key experience is required — we provide complete hands-on training. Responsibilities Deliver friendly, professional customer service to Costco members and retail shoppers. Cut, duplicate, and program automotive keys and electronic fobs using specialized equipment. Explain key replacement options and recommend products based on customer vehicle models. Manage daily inventory, process transactions, and maintain clean kiosk standards. Work independently to open, operate, and close the kiosk during assigned shifts.

Requirements & Shift Realities Weekend Availability:

Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday are peak retail days).

Independent Work Environment:

Comfortable working solo at an outdoor/covered retail kiosk with minimal direct supervision.

Customer Service Mindset:

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Tech Aptitude:

Mechanically inclined and quick to learn new programming tools/software.

Reliability & Commute:

Dependable transportation to commute to assigned kiosk locations within the Pembroke Pines or Miami areas.

Physical Ability:

Able to stand for extended periods during retail shifts.

Pay & Benefits Performance Pay Structure:

Earn a $15/hr guaranteed base pay OR uncapped commission on your sales per pay period—whichever is higher. Top performers average $22.00 to $28.00+ per hour.

Full hands-on technical and sales training provided.
