What We Offer Earning potential of $100,000-$135,000+ A busy, customer-focused dealership with consistent opportunity Health, dental, vision, PTO, and full benefits A strong service team where top performers can succeed and grow What You'll Do Make proactive outbound calls and texts to drive service appointments Greet customers and check in vehicles using DealerFX Open and manage repair orders in Reynolds & Reynolds Prepare estimates, add labor times, present recommendations, and secure approvals Work closely with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently Close repair orders accurately in Reynolds & Reynolds Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage 5-star reviews What We're Looking For At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience required, preferably CDJR.
