Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs Perform work outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards Complete oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and fluid inspections Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, engine, transmission, and air conditioning systems Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify issues accurately Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Shop Operations & Team Collaboration Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials Work directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional repair recommendations and estimated repair times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Properly maintain dealership tools, equipment, and service manuals Operate all equipment and tools safely and responsibly Customer Experience Deliver high-quality workmanship with efficiency and attention to detail Help create a positive customer experience through professionalism and communication Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time What You Bring Strong desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry Entry-level diagnostic, electrical, or engine repair knowledge preferred Mechanical aptitude and strong physical dexterity Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mentality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and diagnostic equipment skills Dependable, punctual, and motivated to improve continuously High school diploma or equivalent required
