We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Appearance & Protection Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with our company. This position involves a variety of services, including ceramic coatings, undercoating, spray-in bedliners, automotive detailing, and professional paint correction. Job Responsibilities Ceramic Coatings Prepare vehicles for ceramic coating applications. Perform thorough washing, decontamination, and surface preparation. Apply professional-grade ceramic and graphene coatings. Inspect finished vehicles to ensure proper application and quality. Paint Correction Perform single-stage and multi-stage paint correction. Remove or reduce swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and other paint imperfections. Operate dual-action and rotary polishers safely. Inspect paint using proper lighting and maintain consistent results. Automotive Detailing Perform interior and exterior detailing. Deep-clean carpets, upholstery, leather, wheels, and engine bays as appropriate. Use professional detailing chemicals and equipment. Prepare vehicles for customer delivery. Undercoating & Rust Protection Clean and prepare vehicle undercarriages. Mask and protect components that should not be coated. Apply undercoating and rust-protection products according to manufacturer specifications. Perform cavity protection applications when required. Inspect completed work for consistent coverage. Spray-In Bedliners Prepare truck beds through cleaning, sanding, and masking. Apply professional spray-in bedliner coatings. Properly operate and maintain spray equipment. Inspect finished bedliners for coverage, texture, and overall quality. Additional Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE, ventilation requirements, and chemical handling. Protect customer vehicles throughout the installation process. Complete assigned jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality. Inspect completed work before vehicles are delivered. Work collaboratively with sales, management, and other technicians. Qualifications Previous automotive detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, or spray application experience preferred. Experience with polishers, spray equipment, and automotive chemicals is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Valid driver's license preferred. Willingness to learn new products, installation techniques, and services.
