This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure smooth operations across various machinery and electrical systems. As a key player in our maintenance team, you will be instrumental in enhancing equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency through proactive repairs and diagnostics. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery, including HVAC/R systems, hydraulic equipment, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, multimeters such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and troubleshoot electrical systems including high and low voltage components. Conduct equipment diagnostics utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial control systems, and analysis skills to identify root causes of malfunctions. Use precision measuring instruments to ensure machinery operates within specified tolerances; execute welding tasks including stick welding for repairs. Read and interpret technical schematics and electrical blueprints to facilitate accurate troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for scheduling and documentation. Support field service operations by performing equipment repair on-site, ensuring minimal downtime while providing excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrician work including electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting. Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical manuals for effective troubleshooting. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), low voltage/high voltage electrical systems, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of stick welding techniques for equipment repair; familiarity with scissor lifts is a plus. Strong analysis skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives when needed.
