What you'll do Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend effective solutions Execute routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and alignments Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently to carry out repairs and replacements Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests Provide outstanding customer service by clearly communicating repair needs and options Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology advancements Assist in sales efforts by educating customers on additional services that may benefit their vehicles Maintain shop equipment and building clean to keep a nice clean and safe work environment.
