JP Automotive - Titusville, FL Pay Starting at $1,000 per week based on experience and ability. About the Position JP Automotive is looking for a reliable and experienced Head Technician to join our team. We are seeking a technician with strong diagnostic abilities who can accurately diagnose vehicle concerns, read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electrical systems, and perform quality repairs. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time and can serve as a technical resource for the rest of the shop. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles. Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service information. Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Troubleshoot engine performance, electrical, and mechanical concerns. Assist with difficult diagnostics and repair decisions. Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform quality control inspections as needed. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams. Experience diagnosing electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications ASE Certifications. Leadership or foreman experience. Experience with domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Transmission diagnostic experience.
