We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our family. We are a high traffic, community trusted, very busy, family-owned Automotive Repair Shop seeking an Automotive Technician that has a minimum of 6+ years of experience to join our crew. Duties:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotation & balance, brake inspections & fluid exchanges, etc.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering issues.
• Conduct thorough industry leading DVI's (Digital Vehicle Inspections) of vehicles to identify any potential problems or safety concerns.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
• Complete repairs and replacements of automotive parts and components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and exhaust systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Experience in powertrain diagnosis and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Previous experience as a service technician or automotive technician preferred.
• Knowledge of auto repair software is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a dealership setting or a strong family-owned shop is a plus.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed with great communication between the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred but not necessary. All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. Requires Valid Florida Class Driver's License and be maintained during time of employment. Requires minimum of 6 years of experience. If you have less, convince us why you!
