Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BLevel or Mid level Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to develop their skills in a hands-on environment. Duties Capable of working alone, diagnosis and repair. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues and recommend solutions Support diesel engine repair tasks as needed, gaining exposure to both gasoline and diesel systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to align on service goals and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance mechanical knowledge and technical skills. Skills Basic understanding of automotive repair principles and practices. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Experience or interest in diesel engine repair is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to automotive service. Previous experience as a mechanic or service technician is required. Skills in welding are advantageous for certain repair tasks. Posted pay amount is 25$ per hour as a starting pay, but will be determined based on a flat rate system. Requirement bring your own tools.
