We are a full-service RV dealership with a busy service department, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot problems, and is comfortable working on a wide variety of RV systems. Responsibilities As an RV Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install components on travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and other recreational vehicles.

Typical work may include:

Electrical and 12V/120V systems Plumbing and water systems Air conditioners and furnaces Refrigerators and other RV appliances Water heaters Slide-out systems Awnings Roof repairs and resealing Interior and exterior repairs Preventative maintenance Accessory installation Diagnosing customer concerns and completing necessary repairs Performing inspections and identifying needed repairs What We're Looking For Previous RV technician or closely related experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Mechanical ability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual Good communication skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area Valid driver's license RVTI certification is a plus, but not required We are especially interested in technicians who have experience across multiple RV systems and can confidently diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts. We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team and help us continue building a service department known for quality work and excellent customer service.
