PAY:

$25.00 per flat rate hour flagged Our top performers in this department consistently flag 50-60+ hours per week. This position offers strong earning potential for motivated technicians who work efficiently and take pride in their productivity. We are looking for dependable, experienced Quick Lube / Express Technicians who are comfortable working in a busy automotive shop environment. This role is best suited for someone who can stay organized, work independently, and maintain a strong pace throughout the day while delivering quality work.

Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services efficiently and correctly Perform required video multi-point inspections Tire rotations, tire repairs, balancing, and basic tire services Perform alignments and basic maintenance repairs Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and common wear items Maintain a clean and safe work area Communicate professionally with advisors and team members Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures

Qualifications:

Previous automotive shop experience strongly preferred Quick lube or dealership experience is a plus Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive throughout the day Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive tools/equipment Ability to handle physically demanding work Positive attitude and team mentality ASE certifications are a plus but not required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their automotive career in a busy dealership environment with strong support, consistent workflow, and excellent earning potential.
