Install and assemble automotive parts, trim pieces, bumpers, mirrors, headlights, taillights, doors, hoods, and other vehicle components. Sand, buff, polish, and prep vehicle surfaces for paint or final delivery. Remove and reinstall interior and exterior vehicle components. Perform light mechanical repairs and assist with general vehicle maintenance as needed. Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, finish, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines while meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive assembly, body shop, collision repair, vehicle restoration, or general automotive work preferred. Experience installing automotive parts and accessories. Familiarity with sanding, buffing, polishing, and surface preparation techniques. Mechanical aptitude and ability to read work instructions. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license is a plus. Why Join Us?
