What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs with professionalism and accuracy
• Write detailed repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and service management
• Provide timely updates and follow up with customers throughout the repair process
• Promote maintenance and repair recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with dealership and manufacturer standards What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environment required
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CDK, Xtime, or similar dealership management systems preferred
• Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
