In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs to keep vehicles running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and automotive fluid replacements on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and light trucks Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and communicate findings effectively Assist with tire service, including rotations, replacements, and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance Support alignment procedures and minor mechanical repairs to maintain vehicle safety and reliability Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering customer questions confidently Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair techniques Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, maintenance procedures, and automotive fluid replacement Knowledge of tire service, alignment, oil change procedures, and minor mechanical repairs Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance standards is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
