Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently. Carry out wheel alignments and suspension work to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety standards. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Complete auto estimating for repairs, prepare detailed service reports, and communicate findings clearly with customers. Maintain a high standard of customer service by explaining repair procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements. Familiarity with ADAS technology, wheel alignment equipment, and automotive service software is highly desirable. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
