Weekends Off Compensation:
Starting at $17 per Hour + Commission Franklin's Spring Creek Ford is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Colquitt, Georgia. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicates well, stays organized, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. Automotive or dealership experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are also interested in customer-focused individuals who learn quickly and are willing to learn the automotive service business. The right person for this position will serve as an important connection between our customers and our Service Department. You will help customers understand their vehicle service needs, communicate with our technicians and parts team, provide updates throughout the repair process, and make sure each customer receives the level of service they expect from Franklin's Spring Creek Ford.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and assisting with vehicle service needs Scheduling service appointments and opening repair orders Listening to and accurately documenting customer concerns Communicating repair recommendations, estimated costs, and completion times Keeping customers updated throughout the service process Coordinating with technicians, parts personnel, and Service Management Reviewing completed work with customers and answering questions Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information Following up with customers and helping maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Managing multiple customers and repair orders in a busy Service Department We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working with the public and providing excellent customer service Has strong communication and people skills Is organized and comfortable managing several things at once Works well in a fast paced team environment Is dependable, professional, and willing to take initiative Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems Can communicate clearly by phone, text, email, and in person Is willing to learn about vehicle maintenance, repairs, and Ford service processes Has a valid driver's license Has experience with Dealertrack DMS or similar dealership management systems, preferred but not required Automotive dealership or Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.
