Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated Installer / Upfitting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and wants to build a lasting career in the automotive and upfitting industry. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay:

Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment Complete vehicle upfits and van package installations Conduct basic mechanical diagnostics and repairs Assist with detailing and general shop duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Experience with tools and automotive work is a plus (but not required) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality
