Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lube Technician to join our team servicing light-duty trucks and passenger vehicles (all makes and models). This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the automotive field while gaining hands-on experience in preventative maintenance, light repairs, and diagnostics. The right candidate takes pride in quality work, values efficiency, and is eager to expand their mechanical skillset. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services:

• Oil changes
• Fluid checks and top-offs
• Filter replacements (oil, air, cabin, fuel)
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, and hoses for wear and safety concerns
• Assist with basic repairs and service work as needed
• Accurately document services performed and recommended repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures Preferred Experience / Skills
• 1+ year of experience in automotive service (lube tech or similar role preferred)
• Experience working on light-duty trucks and passenger vehicles
• Basic understanding of:
• Engine components and maintenance
• Fluid systems and service intervals
• Electrical diagnostics experience is a strong plus
• Transmission and engine repair experience is a plus
• Ability to use basic hand tools and shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
