What You'll Do Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process. Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates. Communicate recommended repairs with honesty and confidence. Coordinate repairs with our technicians. Keep customers informed throughout the repair. Build relationships that keep customers coming back year after year. What We're Looking For 3+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience writing repair orders and estimates. Organized, self-motivated, and dependable. Toyota, Lexus, Asian import, or dealership experience is a plus. What You'll Get Compensation $80,000-$120,000+ annual earning potential. Draw plus partial commission during your first 90 days. Transition to a 100% commission pay plan after your introductory period. Biweekly pay.
