Hourly base + monthly productivity bonus The Role We're a growing multi-shop network with modern 5-bay facilities in Woodstock and Alpharetta. We're looking for a skilled B-Level Technician who brings real diagnostic depth, works collaboratively with a Master Tech and service team, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. You'll work in a paperless, cloud-based environment using Tekmetric and AllData — and you'll be part of a team that genuinely invests in your growth. Who We're Looking For You have 3-7 years of hands-on experience and can run most jobs independently. You're not just a wrench-turner — you're curious about the whole service operation, comfortable talking through a repair with a customer when needed, and willing to share what you know with less experienced techs on the team. You take quality personally. Strong candidates come from a variety of backgrounds — dealership service departments looking for a better culture, independent shops ready for modern tooling and workflow, or specialty operations wanting broader exposure. What You'll Do Diagnostics & repair — perform accurate diagnosis and quality repairs across a broad range of makes and models. Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles all come through our bays. Work includes powertrain, engine, and transmission repair — the full scope a B tech expects. Electrical & ADAS — diagnose automotive electrical systems, read and interpret wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electronic modules, and perform ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration work. Technical resourcefulness — interpret schematics, technical manuals, and OEM service information to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively. Knowing how to find the answer matters as much as knowing it. DVI completion — conduct thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections using Tekmetric, document findings clearly, and flag deferred work honestly. Team collaboration — work closely with our Master Tech and Service Advisor to sequence jobs efficiently, hit promised delivery times, and keep the shop flowing. Mentorship — support C-Level techs and newer team members. Share your knowledge. A rising tide lifts all boats. Occasional front-desk support — when the Service Advisor is out, you're comfortable stepping up to greet a customer, communicate a repair status, or help close out a ticket. Shop standards — maintain a clean bay, care for shop equipment, and uphold safety protocols. What Helps You Thrive Here Diagnostic confidence — you can work a problem independently and know when to pull in the Master Tech without being asked. Customer empathy — you understand that the car in your bay belongs to a real person who depends on it. You communicate findings clearly, not just technically. Resourcefulness — you don't wait to be told. You find the information, the tool, or the answer. Breadth and depth — every tech has a different experience set and that's a strength, not a gap. Tell us what you're great at and what you're still building. Tech curiosity — comfortable with or eager to learn Tekmetric and AllData. Full training provided. Team-first mindset — you make the person next to you better. That matters here as much as your flag hours. Qualifications 3-7 years of hands-on automotive repair experience. ASE certification in one or more A-series areas — please list your current certifications on your résumé. If you're working toward additional certs, note that too. Valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Own a professional tool set appropriate for your experience level. Tell Us About Your Specialty Work In your application, list the top 5 types of work you're most confident performing — specific systems, repair categories, or vehicle makes.
