The ideal candidate will have a background in RV repair and be proficient in diagnosing and repairing various systems within recreational vehicles. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work with both mechanical and electrical components. The RV Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including oil changes and inspections. Diagnose issues with RV electrical systems and provide effective solutions. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems. Conduct repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with other staff to provide customers with information about service options and recommendations. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as needed during repairs or vehicle maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RV technology. Skills Proven experience in RV repair, particularly with recreational vehicles. Knowledge of RV electrical systems is essential. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
