Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and automotive fluid replacements, to ensure our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for automotive care. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, ensuring proper procedures are followed for different vehicle makes and models. Replace automotive fluids including transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, and other essential lubricants as needed. Conduct basic inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues related to lubrication and fluid levels. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Use specialized tools and equipment accurately to complete maintenance tasks efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding service procedures and recommendations. Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations related to vehicle fluids and maintenance practices. Skills Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes and fluid replacements. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance. Ability to operate automotive tools and equipment safely and effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various positions. Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on automotive maintenance best practices.
