Responsibilities Perform oil changes using standard passenger car operation procedures, ensuring proper oil type and quantity are used for each vehicle. Conduct automotive fluid replacements including coolant, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; lift heavy components as needed for repairs or maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally. Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred. Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of standard passenger cars and automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with automotive fluids replacement procedures and vehicle maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and alignment tools. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
