Join The Bus Coach Service Team The Bus Coach LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician A for our commercial vehicle service center in Lavonia, Georgia. Our operation provides maintenance and repair services for buses, motorcoaches, commercial trucks, and luxury entertainer coaches. This is an advanced technician position for someone who can work with minimal supervision, accurately diagnose failures across vehicle systems, and complete component removal, installation, disassembly, repair, and reconditioning using appropriate technical procedures, diagnostic equipment, and specialty tools. Compensation and Benefits $80,000 annual starting salary . Training and professional development opportunities Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, braking, and other vehicle systems. Use diagnostic equipment, test equipment, technical manuals, and specialty tools to identify the correct failure mode. Remove, install, disassemble, repair, and recondition vehicle components. Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs both in the shop and in the field when required. Open, maintain, document, and close repair orders. Accurately post labor, charge parts, and prepare repair descriptions using the 3C documentation method. Identify additional repairs and report required work to the Foreman or Service Manager. Demonstrate technical procedures and skills to other technicians when needed. Complete required work orders, reports, forms, and service documentation. Participate in maintenance and technical training programs. Inspect, maintain, and properly care for departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety rules and service procedures. Represent The Bus Coach professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members. Perform other service-related duties assigned by the Foreman or Service Manager. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid Commercial Driver's License, or

CDL HVAC

certification Brake Inspector certification Proven vehicle-system diagnostic and repair skills Ability to weld, solder, and braze Ability to safely operate the vehicles owned or serviced by The Bus Coach Ability to use diagnostic equipment, test equipment, technical manuals, and specialty tools Possession of the required basic hand tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Availability to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays when required Work Environment The position involves hands-on work in a commercial vehicle service environment. The technician may work in both shop and field conditions and may be exposed to extreme heat or cold. Some assignments may require work during nights, weekends, or holidays.
