Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Repair Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services. In this energetic role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix a wide range of automotive issues, ensuring our customers' vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help keep drivers on the road with confidence, while you develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety issues in vehicles. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension, and electrical components. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately pinpoint problems and determine effective solutions. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and costs to ensure transparency. Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed, parts used, and service history for each vehicle. Follow safety protocols and ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with industry standards. Stay current with automotive technology advancements through ongoing training and certification updates. Skills Proven experience as an auto repair technician or in a similar automotive service role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Ability to operate diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) are preferred but not required; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is appreciated. $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
