Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrain systems, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to enhance ride quality and handling. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively. Service vehicle electrical systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), sensors, and wiring harnesses. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles in peak condition. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and familiarity with automotive electrical systems. Experience working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automotive repair manuals. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures for various systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, and electrical components. Ability to interpret technical documents such as wiring diagrams and schematics accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
