As a Powersports Technician, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of powersports equipment, including motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), tractors, trailers, & mowers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on powersports vehicles, including engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Use diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently troubleshoot electrical diagnostics and automotive diagnostics. Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting to determine necessary repairs and ensure proper assembly after service. Repair and replace mechanical systems such as suspension components, brake systems, and engine parts using hand tools and power tools. Perform heavy lifting safely when handling large parts or equipment during repairs or assembly procedures. Maintain detailed service records, ensure quality control standards are met, and uphold safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working with powersports or automotive vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive engine system repair and all-terrain vehicle repair. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, electrical diagnostics, soldering techniques, and automotive diagnostics software. Experience with motorcycle operation and basic vehicle troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with suspension systems, brake repair, vehicle assembly, and power tools usage. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid mechanic experience with a focus on powersports engine repair or automotive repair is highly preferred. Pay:
$17.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
