Automotive is actively looking to hire an experienced, high-level automotive technician immediately. We are specifically looking for an experienced automotive technician who can step into a high-performing environment with confidence. This position is best suited for someone with strong diagnostic ability, proven repair experience, and the ability to perform quality work independently from day one. Position Overview As a Senior Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles while delivering top-level workmanship and professionalism. Qualifications:

ASE Certification (required) 3-5+ years professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and drivability skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license Professional attitude and strong work ethic

PREFERRED

Advanced electrical and diagnostic experience Suspension, steering, brake, engine, and drivability repair experience Experience with scan tools and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Ability to flag strong hours consistently Leadership or mentoring experience Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs Accurately inspect vehicles using Digital Vehicle Inspections Document findings with photos, videos, and technician notes Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, drivability, maintenance, and electrical repairs Work closely with service advisors to communicate vehicle needs clearly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow shop processes and inspection standards consistently Deliver high-quality repairs with efficiency and professionalism Our inspection process focuses heavily on transparency, accuracy, and customer trust.
