Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, vehicle diagnostics, and engine repair, with a particular emphasis on diesel engines. Preferred experience with Ford Powerstroke engines is highly desirable. The Automotive Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our customers through expert troubleshooting and efficient repairs. Responsibilities Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately using specialized diagnostic tools. Repair and maintain automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components function correctly. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, with a focus on Ford Powerstroke models when applicable. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently. Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all repair procedures. Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service performed for each vehicle. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and maintenance recommendations. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics. Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. Skilled in vehicle maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting diesel engines. Preferred experience working with Ford Powerstroke engines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
