Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. In this energetic role, you will perform essential lubrication services, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs to keep vehicles running smoothly and safely. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and efficient service. Duties Conduct oil changes, fluid replacements, and vehicle inspections with precision and attention to detail Perform standard maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, tire service, brake replacement, and basic mechanical repairs Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical tasks efficiently and safely Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, belt replacements, and other routine vehicle maintenance Support automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions Handle heavy lifting safely when moving tires, batteries, or other vehicle components Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met and tools are readily available Perform drive cycles on vehicles to complete readiness for emissions inspections Skills Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures including oil changes and coolant flushes Ability to perform alignment services and minor mechanical repairs confidently Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks efficiently Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures such as tire service, brake checks, and general vehicle upkeep Join us if you're passionate about cars, eager to learn new skills, and committed to providing top-tier service. Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
