What You'll Do:

Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Schedule appointments and manage repair orders Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers Explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand Communicate repair updates and timelines throughout the service process Work closely with technicians to monitor vehicle repairs Recommend appropriate maintenance and dealership services Review completed work with customers before vehicle delivery Follow up with customers and build relationships that encourage repeat business Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire service experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred Dealership or independent automotive repair experience welcome CDK and Xtime experience is a strong plus Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent Must pass a pre-employment background check and
