We are currently in search of an experienced Automotive Service Writer. Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

• Knowledgeable about automotive repair and tires
• You must be able to multi-task
• Computer skills/ability to quickly learn our software system Winworks Autoshop
• Excellent communication skills between customers and mechanics.
• Customer service minded
• Problem solver Job duties include, but are not limited to :
• Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product and or service.
• Answer phone calls
• Update and maintain inventory
• Look up correct source parts and labor for job estimates
• Schedule the appropriate technician based on the customer and his or her repair needs
• Log what parts are needed and how much time should be allocated
