Euro1Performance is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle issues. Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability repairs. Utilize factory-level scan tools and diagnostic equipment. Complete routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately. Perform vehicle inspections and clearly document repair recommendations. Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Stay current on industry technology and repair procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience (A-Level preferred). Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with European vehicles is highly preferred (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, Land Rover, Volvo, etc.). ASE Certifications are a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Own professional technician tools. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
