Responsibilities Perform tire rotations, replacements, balancing, and repairs efficiently to meet customer needs. Conduct oil changes using standard passenger car operation procedures, ensuring proper disposal of used fluids. Replace automotive fluids such as coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid following safety guidelines. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements, battery checks, and basic mechanical repairs. Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor mechanical repairs and diagnostics accurately. Conduct wheel alignments and other automotive service procedures to improve vehicle performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards during all tasks. Skills Previous dealership or automotive mechanic experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic automotive diagnostics. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire service and vehicle maintenance tasks. Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures and vehicle maintenance practices. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members. Familiarity with alignment services and minor mechanical vehicle repairs is a plus.
