Your expertise will help customers understand their vehicle's needs, recommend appropriate services, and coordinate repairs with our skilled technicians. Duties Greet customers warmly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns and service requests Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and service writing Discuss with clients additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission diagnostics to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs efficiently while keeping customers informed about progress and completion times Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all service orders and payments Promote automotive repair services including engine repair, auto body repair, air brake systems, shocks & struts, and wheel alignments Maintain comprehensive knowledge of offerings such as vehicle maintenance, automobile sales support, and warranty procedures
