Job Description
C-Tech through A-Tech | Multiple Hawai'i Locations | Full-Time Techmotive is growing across Hawai'i, and we're looking for skilled Automotive Technicians and Mechanics to join our ʻohana. Whether you are a developing C-Tech, an experienced B-Tech, or a highly skilled A-Tech, we would like to hear from you. Experience with ADAS, diagnostics, scanning, programming, or calibrations is a plus, but it is not required. If you have a strong mechanical foundation, a willingness to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, we encourage you to apply. What You May Work On Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include: General automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs Steering, suspension, alignment, and undercar repairs Electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting Pre-repair and post-repair vehicle scanning Module programming and system resets ADAS system diagnosis and calibration Airbag and safety-system repairs Vehicle inspections and quality-control checks Accurate repair documentation, photographs, and notes Following OEM repair procedures and safety standards What We're Looking For Previous automotive repair or technician experience C-Tech, B-Tech, or A-Tech skill level Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Ability to safely use automotive tools and equipment Commitment to accurate, complete repair documentation Willingness to learn new vehicle technology and repair procedures Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record ADAS, calibration, diagnostic, electrical, I-CAR, or ASE experience is preferred but not required We understand that no technician has experience with every system or vehicle.
