What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor , you'll act as the key liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. Greet walk-in customers and answer service department calls professionally Schedule service appointments and gather customer/vehicle info ahead of time Open, maintain, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently Clearly document customer concerns on repair orders Review service history and perform basic vehicle walkarounds Recommend additional needed services and prepare clear written quotes with timelines Obtain customer signatures and pre-approval for changes Provide regular updates on status, quotes, and timelines Clearly explain completed repairs and associated charges to customers Follow up on pending work or special-ordered parts Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license preferred Basic computer and typing skills Strong communication and listening skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Strong personal time management and self-direction Friendly and professional demeanor in-person and by phone Willing to complete background check and drug screening
