Repair Work- Performs work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road test vehicles when required or refers to the test technician. Communication
- Communicates with Service Advisor about the status of the repair, to include additional work if needed. Must also communicate with the parts department regarding parts for the repair. Advises Service Advisor if repair work results in a change in the vehicle appearance or condition. Documentation
- Must document all work done and recommended on the repair order. Training
- Must be current in all mandated factory and dealership training. Tools and equipment
- Must maintain both personal and company tools and equipment.
