Ames Ford Lincoln is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Full-Time Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department. As a Service Advisor, you'll be a key part of the customer experience—helping customers understand their vehicle's service needs, communicating recommendations clearly, and working closely with our technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
