The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, tire services, brake repairs, and light mechanical repairs. This position emphasizes high-volume, general service work, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive tire services including mounting, balancing, rotations, and alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Diagnose and repair brake systems, including replacing pads, rotors, calipers, lines, and performing bleeding procedures. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Assist with light mechanical repairs as needed, ensuring vehicles are safe and operational. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service procedures. Demonstrate reliability by maintaining excellent attendance and a strong work ethic. Skills Proven experience in automotive repair and vehicle maintenance. Strong knowledge of brake systems, tire services, and basic mechanical repairs. Ability to diagnose issues accurately and perform repairs efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers when necessary. Dependable with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining safety standards.
