We're partnering with a thriving company and are looking for a skilled technician to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to secure a stable, long-term position with no probationary period through Spherion. As a Fleet Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of diesel trucks, trailers, and other equipment. We're seeking a candidate with solid technical knowledge and a strong work ethic.
Pay:

Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment. Conduct repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and equipment. Inspect and repair diesel engines, suspension, clutches, Allison transmissions, drivetrain, hydraulic systems, steering systems, fuel systems, electrical components, HVAC, and air brake systems. Diagnose driver complaints accurately to identify root causes of component failures. Perform welding as needed. Maintain a clean and professional work environment, including tools and equipment. Complete annual inspections.
Skills:
MN Inspection Certified (willingness to obtain if not already certified).
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Diesel Engine Repair 2+ years of Mechanical Knowledge Must have your own tools to perform job duties. Tool reimbursement program available.
