Ford makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities :

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership Test drive vehicles and testing components/systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc…) Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Sign on bonus: $500 after 30 days Additional $500 after 60 days

Requirements:

ASE Certification Basic Computer skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old to apply Have a valid Iowa Driver's License and clean driving record Will submit to a drug and background screening prior to employment Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment B enefits : 1-week Paid Vacation (after 1 year) 12 days Paid Time Off (after 6 months) Health, Visions, and Dental Insurance Tenure!
