What You'll Do Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and vehicle repairs. Identify concerns and recommend the proper repairs. Acquire the correct parts needed for each job. Communicate clearly with service advisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Participate in factory training and ongoing development. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Positive, coachable, and team-oriented attitude. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Basic automotive tools appropriate for your skill level. GM or Ford experience is preferred for advanced positions. Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.
