Maintain high customer satisfaction. Meeting productivity and efficiency numbers. Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs on vehicles. Has a desire, knowledge and skills required to perform basic maintenance in a thorough and efficient manner. Change engine oil and filters, tire rotations and balance. Perform complete vehicle inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels. Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor. Maintains an organized and safe bay according to dealership, O.S.H.A., and EPA standards 40 hour work week Qualifications and Skills A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Strong communication skills.
