What You Bring to the Team We look for technicians who thrive in a high-performing, collaborative environment. ASE certifications are preferred and rewarded with pay premiums, though solid hands-on expertise, a fully stocked toolbox, clean work habits, and pride in precision craftsmanship matter most. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, no exceptions. The ideal candidate will have experience with, and willingness to work on, all makes and models, excluding exotics. The current mix in the shop is primarily Domestic and Asian, but also includes European, light-duty diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles. Solid foundation in routine maintenance, basic diagnostics, and general repairs—including electrical, brakes, steering, and suspension. We use digital vehicle inspections (DVI) with photos to easily explain recommendations to customers, leading to higher approval rates and a smoother workflow. Comfort with using digital inspection tools to communicate clearly with our Service Advisors and guests is key. A normal day will generally consist of: Approximately 65% mechanical repair. Approximately 20% basic level testing and diagnostics. Approximately 15% maintenance, LOF, tire, alignments, inspections. Compensation The realistic earning range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000+ annually.

Compensation includes:

Flat Rate Base:

$27 - $40 per flagged hour based on experience and ability. Up to additional $6 per flagged hour for ASE credentials ($.50 per cert. A1-A8, plus $.50 for ASE Master Technician status, plus $1.50 for L1 certification).

Team performance bonus:

technicians at this level earn an additional $200-$400+ per two-week pay period. This is not a ghost bonus that may or may not appear. This is a well-established part of your compensation plan. Quarterly performance reviews. Highest compensation levels for strong European experience. License/Certification/Experience Valid driver's license required (must be insurable by our carrier). AC609 Certification. ASE Certifications, Master Tech and L1 preferred. 5+ years experience required.
