Job Description

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring Semi-Trailer Service Technicians in Boise, Idaho! Our client is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to service, inspect, maintain, and repair semi-trailers and related systems. This is an excellent full-time temp-to-hire opportunity offering a Monday-Friday schedule, an excellent benefits package, and a clean and safe shop environment. Immediate hiring—sign up today!
Pay and schedule:
$20.00-$25.00/hour, depending on experience. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:30 AM-7:00 PM. What you'll do: Service, inspect, and repair semi-trailers Identify needed maintenance and repairs on trailers, related systems, and components Diagnose and address issues with vehicle systems and components Operate various hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment used in a service and repair facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Follow all safety protocols and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned What you'll need: Basic mechanic's tool set Knowledge of servicing and repairing vehicles, drive-trains, suspension systems, braking systems, hydraulics, and related components Ability to safely lift and move 50-70 lbs. Ability to work in a variety of positions, including bending, stooping, walking, kneeling, and crawling Ability to safely maneuver around and work on large semi-trailers Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures Must be drug-free
